Description
A prime Virginia agricultural cooperative is continuing to grow and expand their feed mill tonnage,
thus creating a brand new management position. The Mill Manager will be completely responsible for
all facets of mill operation, including management of a 20 person staff (including production workers,
maintenance staff, & drivers). |
Requirements
- Prior livestock feed plant management experience - including operating a pellet mill
- Excellent people/management skills
- Practical knowledge of livestock nutrition
- Mechanical aptitude
- High motivation - a person who can make things happen

Compensation
$65k range (based on experience) + full benefits
