Description
Major, established Row Crop Seeds companies are seeking District Sales Managers. Each Manager
will develop & implement strategies to increase sales, and will assist in setting goals
for their assigned district. Additional responsibilities include regular sales reporting, customer
meetings, & field days. Each Manager will need to understand & implement proper procedures
involving order-taking, promotions, deliveries, returns, replants, etc.

Requirements
- 2-4 yrs. proven success in seed sales
- Self-starter
- High-motivation & desire to exceed goals
- Knowledge of standard seed industry concepts, practices, & procedures
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Working knowledge of dairy nutrition helpful
|
Compensation
Base salary + attractive bonus system, full benefits, company vehicle, & expense reimbursements.
